Tahir Aksu was born in Hof, Bavaria, in 1979. After completing his degree as an industrial engineer (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur, FH) in 2006, he looks back on more than 20 years of international professional experience in production, the automotive industry, project management and business development.

He combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial leadership and, through his companies, offers tailored solutions in building components (windows, doors, winter gardens and sun-protection systems via "Your Concept") as well as consulting in the automotive and industrial sector ("ASN Automotive Supplier Network").

He has been an active member of MÜSİAD since 2015 and serves on its board. Since May 2026 he has held the office of Chairman of the Board of MÜSİAD Nürnberg/Nordbayern e.V. Mr Aksu has been married since 2007 and is the father of a son.

Your Concept provides high-quality solutions for windows, doors, winter gardens and sun-protection systems (Stieberstr. 1, 91154 Roth). ASN Automotive Supplier Network additionally offers specialised consulting services in PM, QM, SQM, SCM, strategic purchasing and joint ventures for the automotive and industrial sector.

Ismail Agirbas has been actively working in the construction sector for more than 20 years. He began his career as a bricklayer, successfully completed his journeyman years and then earned the title of state-certified construction technician (Bautechniker). Over the course of his career he has held positions of responsibility as foreman, senior foreman, project manager, energy consultant and expert assessor.

Today, as founder and managing director, he leads ECOMAX Bau GmbH with a team of around 20 employees. The company works mainly on public-sector projects and provides comprehensive services in structural and civil engineering, demolition, hazardous-material remediation and earthworks, as well as acting as a general construction contractor (Baumeister). His vision is to establish ECOMAX Bau as a strong, sustainable and reliable general contractor for large-scale projects.

Serdar Yilmaz has worked in sales, marketing and international trade since 1996. As founder of "Handelsagentur Akart Trend", he develops sustainable trade cooperations between manufacturers and large retail chains, particularly in the German and European markets in the garden, home-living and DIY sectors.

He provides manufacturers with professional support in their expansion into the European market through targeted sales, marketing and market-entry strategies. He is committed to ethical business practices, long-term value creation and trust-based trade relationships.

Murat Kudat came to Bremen with his family in 1991, where, after a brief period of schooling and professional orientation, they founded their own company in 1994. In 1995 the family moved to Nuremberg, where he successfully continues his entrepreneurial activities to this day with businesses in the wholesale and retail poultry trade.

Alongside his business activities, he has always been strongly involved in civil society and has held leading positions in various associations. As a founding member of MÜSİAD Nürnberg, he plays a significant role in shaping the association. He also continues his voluntary work as an active board member of the IGMG regional association of Northern Bavaria.

Mr Kudat is married and a father of four.

A graduate of Koç University in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. He is currently continuing his academic path with an MBA in General Management in Germany. He has professional working proficiency in English and German. He is married.

Şuayip Çöl is a successful entrepreneur in the telecommunications and technology sector. As the owner of "Second Chance Mobile Device Repair", he offers professional services in Nuremberg for the repair, refurbishment and servicing of mobile devices.

On the board of MÜSİAD Nürnberg, as the member responsible for budget and finance, he plays an important role in the association's strategic and financial planning.

Ender Sürekli has practised successfully as a lawyer since 2005. He has in-depth expertise and many years of experience in both the German and the Turkish legal systems.

On the board of MÜSİAD Nürnberg he holds the important role of legal advisor, providing the association and its members with strategic support in all legal matters.

Born in Nuremberg in 1993, Abdussamed Satir began his schooling in Germany, completed his high-school diploma in Türkiye and then studied German-language teaching at Uludağ University in Bursa. In 2014 he returned to Nuremberg and entered working and business life in the family company "Satir Lebensmittel Großhandel".

Mr Satir has been an active member of MÜSİAD since the Nuremberg branch was founded in 2010. He first became involved in the youth organisation, served one term as chairman of MÜSİAD Youth Nürnberg and took on various positions on the main board in the following years.

In 2022 he founded his own company, "Satir Handelsagentur", further expanding his business activities. In addition to the wholesale of fresh meat, he has successfully launched his own ayran brand. He is married and a father of four.

Eyüp Yıldırım was born in 1973 in Göle (Ardahan) and has lived in Germany since 1999.

In 2002 he successfully entered the business world by founding "Safa Mode" in the bridal and groom fashion sector. In 2010 he expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio and additionally entered the furniture sector with "Safa Mobilya". Mr Yıldırım continues to run his trading activities successfully in both sectors to this day.

He is married and a father of three.

Ayhan Yeşil was born on 5 February 1974 in Fürth and comes from a second-generation immigrant family of Turkish origin. As an experienced entrepreneur, he has worked successfully in the telecommunications and retail sectors for many years.

Between 2014 and 2020 he represented the SPD on Fürth City Council, where he was actively involved in education, the economy and urban development. He also takes an active role in civil-society organisations such as AWO Fürth and Lebenshilfe Fürth.

As the originator and driving force, in 2021 he realised a memorial in Fürth honouring guest workers, which was ceremonially unveiled together with Mayor Thomas Jung. Mr Yeşil is married, a father of three, and lives with his family in Fürth.

As a board member of MÜSİAD Nürnberg, Hakan Aranir represents the signage-technology and exhibition-stand construction sector. He runs the Nuremberg-based family company "Aranir Werbetechnik", which has been highly successful in the advertising industry since 2000.

Under his leadership, the company develops and produces tailored solutions in exhibition-stand construction, textile printing, lettering, advertising signs and digital printing. With many years of experience, the highest quality standards and an individual consulting approach, he implements customers' requirements professionally, both in Nuremberg and throughout Germany.

Born in Kulu (Konya), Celal Öztürk is a successful entrepreneur in the food sector.

Alongside his business activities, he is strongly engaged at a social and political level. He carries significant responsibility as chairman of Region 6 of DİTİB Northern Bavaria and as chairman of the DİTİB community in Marktredwitz. He is also involved in regional politics as an active member of the CSU Bavaria.
